Who we are

Nailo Studio is a manicure studio at Bulevardul Dacia 24/2, Botanica, Chișinău. You can write to client@nailo.md or call +373 601 79 030.

When you use nailo.md, we decide why and how your data is used. In law, that role is called the controller.

Which law applies

For visitors in the Republic of Moldova, Law no. 195/2024 on personal data protection applies. It has been in force since 23 August 2026. For people in the European Union and the European Economic Area, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) also applies.

Cookies that are not strictly necessary start only after a clear action from you. A box ticked in advance, silence, or simply continuing to browse is not consent. You can withdraw consent as easily as you gave it.

What data we use

If you write from the form, we open your email app. The message reaches client@nailo.md only if you send it. We do not keep it in a database on the website. We may receive your name, email, phone number, and the text.

Booking happens on apnt.app, a separate service. After you press the booking button, that service's rules apply.

If you join the newsletter, we keep your email on the site so we can write about the studio. You can ask us to delete it any time at client@nailo.md.

The server may note the IP address, browser type, and time of access, to protect the site. If you accept statistics, Google Tag Manager receives an online identifier and the pages you open. We do not use ads, tracking pixels, or screen recording.

Cookies

The full list, with the name, duration and purpose of each cookie, is in the Cookie policy at nailo.md/en/politica-cookie.

Strictly necessary, without consent: NEXT_LOCALE remembers the language you chose, for up to one year. nailo-consent remembers your choice for six months.

Statistics, only with consent: Google Tag Manager cookies. We load them only after Accept. Reject is just as easy to reach. You can change the choice any time from the footer, under Cookie settings.

The map on the homepage is a Google service. We do not load it on our own. It opens only if you press Show the map.

Why we use it

We reply to messages because you asked us to. We keep the site safe on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting it. We measure visits only with your consent.

We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

The cookie choice stays for six months, then we ask again. Email messages stay for as long as we need to reply, then we delete them. Technical logs stay for a limited time with the hosting provider.

If you withdraw consent for statistics, we delete the analytics cookies in this browser and the site stops sending data to Google.

Who receives it

The hosting provider sees technical data so the site can run. Google receives data only if you accept statistics or if you open the map. Google may process data outside the Republic of Moldova and the European Economic Area, under its contractual safeguards. You can refuse both.

The booking service apnt.app receives data only if you choose to book there.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, or restriction. You can object, and you can ask for the data you gave us. You can withdraw consent at any time. We do not make automated decisions that produce effects for you.

The rights are: to know whether we process data about you and what it is; to correct it; to ask for deletion; to ask for restriction; to object to processing based on legitimate interest; to receive the data you gave us in a usable format; and to withdraw consent, without affecting what was done before the withdrawal.

Write to client@nailo.md. We reply within one month. If the request is complex, the law lets us extend the time and we tell you why. You can complain to the National Center for Personal Data Protection, 48 Serghei Lazo Street, MD-2004, Chișinău, datepersonale.md. If you are in the European Union, you can also write to the authority in your country.

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the studio email and the newsletter list is limited. We do not publish the subscriber list. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.

No transmission over the internet is free of risk. If we learn of an incident that may create a risk for you, we notify the authority and, when the law requires it, we notify you too.

Children

The site is not meant for children under 16. We do not ask children for data. If we learn that we received a child's data without a parent's consent, we delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date above. The version published on nailo.md is the one in force. For a change that needs a new consent, we ask for it again. We do not assume it.
