About this policy

This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies nailo.md uses, why, for how long, and how you can choose. The controller is Nailo Studio, Bulevardul Dacia 24/2, Botanica, Chișinău. Write to client@nailo.md or call +373 601 79 030.

Read it with the Privacy policy. That page sets out your rights over the data, including the right to complain to the National Center for Personal Data Protection.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small file the browser keeps when you open a site. It can remember a choice, such as the language, or it can let someone else see that you came back.

We also use the browser's local storage only to the extent a service you start, such as Google Tag Manager after your consent, asks for it. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell data.

How we ask for consent

For visitors from the Republic of Moldova, Law no. 195/2024 on the protection of personal data applies. It has been in force since 23 August 2026. For people in the European Union and the European Economic Area, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 also applies.

Cookies that are not strictly necessary start only after an action by you. Consent must be free, specific, informed and clear. A box ticked in advance, silence, or simply continuing to browse is not consent.

The banner appears after 10 seconds, at the bottom, and it does not block the site. Accept and Reject are the same size. You can open Choose and leave statistics off. You can withdraw consent just as easily, from Cookie settings in the footer.

Strictly necessary cookies

These are set so the site can work. They do not need consent. We do not use them to recognise you on other sites.

NEXT_LOCALE. Provider: Nailo Studio. Purpose: remembers the language you chose, so the next page opens in the same language. Duration: up to one year.

nailo-consent. Provider: Nailo Studio. Purpose: remembers whether you accepted or rejected statistics, so we do not ask on every page. Duration: six months. It contains only the choice and the time, not your name and not your email.

Statistics cookies

They are off at the start. We load them only if you press Accept, or if in Choose you tick statistics and save.

The tag is Google Tag Manager, container GTM-WL4FRVSV. The script is https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtm.js?id=GTM-WL4FRVSV. We place it on the page only after consent. It is not on the page during the 10-second wait, and it is not there if you press Reject.

After consent, Google may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_*, usually for up to two years, and _gid, usually for 24 hours. They help us see how many people come in and which pages open. We do not use them for ads and we do not join them to your name.

If you reject, or if you come back and turn statistics off, we delete the analytics cookies we can delete in this browser and we stop loading the tag.

What loads only if you ask

The map in the location section is Google Maps. We do not put it on the page when it opens. It appears only after you press Show the map. Google may then receive the IP address and set its own cookies, under Google's rules.

Booking opens on apnt.app, outside this site. From there, that service's policy applies, not this one.

How you change the choice

In the footer, under Cookie settings, the banner opens at once. You can accept, reject, or save a new choice. You do not have to wait 10 seconds.

You can also delete cookies in the browser. The site then forgets the language and the choice, and on the next visit we ask again, after 10 seconds.
